You as the property owner can use our systems to market your own home to sell or let and stay completely in control of the transaction. Backed up by advertising in the local press and numerous nationally recognised websites

So how does it all work?

Proceed to the next screen and complete your personal and property details ensuring that all descriptions, measurements and phrases are accurate taking care not to mislead the reader as you could be held liable!

E-mail us the information with j-pegs of the photos you wish to use and we'll prepare a set of details. We will then load the property onto our website and place an ad' in the local press for up to 4 weeks. Properties will stay on the web for three months unless sold/let prior. Your contact details will appear on all advertising so we advise a mobile number is used.

When making appointments always verify the callers name and address and phone back on a landline number to confirm the date/time of the appointment at which point you reveal the address of the property. Always have a partner/friend there when you show your property. The rest is then down to you!

The costs are very reasonable given the professional way your property will be presented to a wide audience. For lettings where you provide us the details via e-mail including photos/text then the cost is only 100 plus VAT.

Where Future Investments Property Service are required to photograph and measure-up the property then the cost is equivalent to one weeks rent plus VAT. For sales where you provide us with photographs and measurements etc via e-mail then the cost is just 299 plus VAT and where Future Investments Property Service have to visit the property and arrange the photographs and measurements then the cost is 0.25% plus VAT. All fees are payable up-front.

There is no Agency Agreement to sign and you are not prevented from marketing with other Agents but do tell them.

This new service is designed to appeal to the market sector that feels they can handle these transactions without involving an Agent. Whilst we strongly recommended that you instruct an agent on a normal sole-agency basis, at least you now have the choice to market your property professionally at a sensible price and make a substantial saving in the process by harnessing the power of the Internet.
